PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

We are fortunate to have very talented, knowledgable, and determined people as leaders of our state association. Attendees at the February Town Hall Luncheon heard about the critcal advocacy work that President Neal Nakashima, Clark Payan, Ann Oliver and Steve Young are doing in Sacramento directly with Commissioner Garamendi regarding the Workers' Compensation crisis. The value of your membership with IBA was on display in a real way. We need to encourage others to join and rejoin.

As you know Jerry O'Kane and staff negotiated the opening of the State Fund to us. Now they are protecting the value of the work we do for our customers. We need to be knowledgable and lend further support!!!
