Steve Shea

Vice President of Marketing/ ASAIB, a division of Barney & Barney
Steve is Vice President of Marketing for ASAIB, which is Barney and Barney's wholesale and program development and management operation. Steve's responsibilities include the expansion of existing ASAIB program offerings, the creation of new proprietary programs for ASAIB, and the expansion of ASAIB's appointed agent and broker network throughout the State of California. His career began with Chubb & Son in 1992 as a loss control representative. Since then he has held various positions in sales, underwriting, marketing, administration/management, and program management with insurance companies, managing general underwriters, and national and independent insurance agencies. He is graduate of both Claremont McKenna College and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, holding degrees in Management and Industrial Engineering. He is a native east county San Diegan and currently lives in Santee with his wife of ten years and two daughters.
