Scott Sherman

Vice President/Fifth Avenue Insurance Services
Scott, a 39 year old resident of San Diego most of his life, graduated from Patrick Henry High School and later spent two years at Grossmont College before moving to Sedona, Arizona and starting his own business. He sold that business to his partner and returned to San Diego in 1992. He went to work for Fifth Avenue in 1993 as a commercial insurance broker. At that time, Fifth Avenue had six employees that managed a small to moderate book of business. Now, Fifth Avenue employs 24 people and has increased its book of business by seven hundred percent. Scott is currently the Vice President of Fifth Avenue and has served on advisory councils to various California Insurance Companies. When he is not working, he can be found with his family or pursuing one of his hobbies. He is a martial arts instructor and enjoys spending time with his horses, golfing or fishing.
