We’re up and running on this years
12th Annual Celebrity Waiters holiday Party for Charity.
Reserve the date of December 4, 2003 on your calendar
and kick off the Holiday season with your friends
at the Butcher Shop in Kearny Mesa. Our Celebrity
Emcee will be the infamous Terry Burhans from Fox
6 and Roger Hedgecock, former mayor of San Diego,
will stop by to tell us about Operation Homefront,
our charity recipient this year.
There are still opportunities for sponsorships,
as well as Celebrity Waiter spots. Call Lori at the
offices of IBA and reserve your spots today.
This event proves to be one of the most
fun of all our events. Don’t put it off and
miss out on a great opportunity to spend some time
with your friends and do something positive for your
community!

Chairs
PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE IBA San Diego has responded
to the terrible tragedy we have been going through by
donating $2,500.00 to the Red Cross. Any other donations
you wish to make in addition can be forwarded to our
Executive Director, Lori, who will coordinate the payment
to Red Cross. Your generosity will be greatly appreciated.
As you know at our November 20, 2003 Luncheon we will
elect new officers to IBASD. In addition we will have
Bryan Anderson of The Zenith give us an overview of
th work comp developments. Many have seen him speak
on local TV. He is excellent. Our holiday party will
be Dec. 4. The charity that will be supported is Operation
Homefront, a group helping families of servicemen in
our area. Please attend and enjoy our celebrity servers.
It will be a blast.
I'm sure you will all serve our industry well during
these difficult times.

& Barney (serving a second two year
term) and Pete Griffith from C Lee Williams.
